Our Mission

We bring hope...

to the foster care system by strengthening families, activating churches, and empowering communities

How We Help Foster
Strong Families

Strong families give kids safety and security. We desire every family to have the resources they need to parent with calm strength and kindness. For that reason, we offer parent mentoring/coaching to any family that would like to learn more about how to be a calm, structured, nurturing parent. We also host parent support groups in the Wichita, KS area.

We work closely with non-profit organizations and churches to ensure that our programs are accessible to those who need them most.

How We
Help Churches

We offer a range of trainings, events and resources to help churches support foster children and their families. We work closely with churches to develop ways to serve the foster care system in their community.

We partner with Show Hope to help churches and organizations host the Hope for the Journey Conference each spring. Please contact us if you would like to bring Hope for the Journey to your area

Science & Faith
Behind Our Work

Our work is guided by both science and faith.

We use evidence-based practices to support the social, emotional, and educational needs of children, and we also believe in the value of faith-based principles, such as compassion and empathy, in supporting the well-being of children and families in the foster care system.

Why We Do
What We Do

Our goal at Hope Fostered is simple: to help children in the foster care system succeed.

We believe that every child deserves to feel loved and supported, and that they have the potential to lead fulfilling lives, regardless of their circumstances.
